We have a leadership team of ‘elders’ who are responsible for the running of our Church and the care of its members.
This team meets every month to review and plan what happens at Church Lane.
We are currently focusing on how we share our purpose and Vision for the church under the three headings:
| Discover Introducing people to Jesus through our church family activities.
| Follow Encouraging each other to trust Jesus and follow his teaching.
| Share Encouraging and supporting each other to share the good news about Jesus wherever we may be through what we say and do.

Stephen Harrison | Pastor Married to Sharon and have two sons and four grandchildren. |

Andrew Cook | Chair of Elders Teacher by profession and now a civil servant. Married to Trace who works as the church centre manager. |

Alan Medway | Secretary Chair of Trustees, Church Secretary, Safeguarding Officer Since 1984 has been at Church Lane and has worked for Staffordshire Libraries. Married to Jacky and they share their house with 2 greyhounds. |

Shingirayi Kapfunde Forensic psychiatric nurse. Married to Emillia Takunda Kapfunde who works for General Electric Grid Solutions (GE-UK). |

Jeanne Morris Jeanne Morris - An Elder since the beginning of 2016. Jeanne works as the Stafford Street Pastor Coordinator and is married to William. She also volunteers at the House of Bread. |

Andy Summers Computer software developer. Andy is married to Liz our Church treasurer and they have two children, Mariella & Hebe. Andy is also the treasurer of the local charity The Youth Net. |
